Channel changes coming May 9th?

There are rumors on other forums of channel changes coming soon, possibly May 9. The SiriusXM Canada website says CBC Radio 1 and Radio 3 will be coming to XM, though nothing about what channels they will be on or if they're included in the basic package for US subscribers.

If anyone has any more info, please share!

Thank you.

On The Pulse (CH. 10) they said it was moving to CH. 15..which leads to the question where does Studio 54 Radio go? And when you go the website as indicated in the promo, there is nothing on the website indicating any changes!

Thus far I've heard new/replaced Canadian channels in both Engligh and French. Pulse gets moved, Sirius gets Pop2K. Clear Channel stations get bumped to the 240's or something.

I kinda wish Sirius/XM would add KYLD(WiLD 94-9), a CHR/Rhythmic station based out of San Francisco, but I doubt they actually will.

You can ask them by e-mail them and see but we normally have Z-100 from NY and KIIS from LA from NY to LA but u can listren to WILD 94-9 on iheartradio app.

It's ridiculous to have music stations so compressed that they sound terrible. Why even bother having a decent system in your car if it's going to sound like AM radio?

Sirius XM probably feels they don't have to make it sound good because they're forced by the CRTC to carry these channels. The public service channels mandated by the FCC also sound like crap.

The Verge posted on their Facebook page that they are working to improve the sound quality, apparently due to complaints. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
