Channel Missing from FCC Database? (LPTV)

Every time I've gone through Hagerstown, MD there's always a channel 42 broadcasting Three Angels that clashes horribly with WVPY. This station is W42CK. Don't bother looking it up at the FCC site, it's not there, unless you look it up in the CDBS (http://svartifoss2.fcc.gov/prod/cdbs/pubacc/prod/sta_sear.htm). No engineering data anywhere. Any idea where this station's located? Power? Are there any other stations missing from the FCC database like W42CK is?

The FCC database is dependent on the engineering info being present.

The info you want is on the <a href="http://svartifoss2.fcc.gov/prod/cdbs/pubacc/prod/app_sear.htm">FCC application site</a>.

This station had a long and colorful history prior to licensing. OCP was issued to Great Trails Broadcasting for a 442W station on ch. 48, COL Frederick MD. Granted 1/27/88, exp. 7/27/89. After 2 transfers of controls and 1 assignment of permit, all internal, 2 changes of TL, ERP change from 442W to 690W, 2 CP extensions, and 2 new CPs granted to replace expired CP, Great Trails finally sold the CP to Three Angels Broadcasting, who moved the CP to COL Hagerstown on ch. 41 with ERP 6.37kW. After 2 more extensions of CP and a displacement change from ch. 41 to ch. 42, station W42CK was finally granted a license on 12/9/99.

Current data:

COL: Hagerstown MD
Ch: 42
TL: 39-36-41 / 77-46-53, I-81 & Williamsport MD
ERP: 6.37kW
TPO: 1.0 kW
Antenna: Scala, 4DR-4S
RCAMSL: 213m
Orientation: 20 deg true

Engineering data from application BMPTTL-19960517SN.

REC has W42CK (apparently a 3ABN O&O) at 6.4kw. . . Its facility ID (25042) doesn't get a hit from the FCC either . . . The Census Bureau map puts the transmitter just off of I-70 between the intersection w/ US 11 and the railroad crossing.

Which shows an error in the TV Database. The engineering info was present on the 1999 license to cover but some how never got entered into the CDBS.

I have forwarded an email to hossein hashemzadeh at the FCC
about the error.
