I've never heard of charging a provider charging customers extra for shopping channels, but as of this morning on DIRECTV QVC-2 is locked out and the screen says CALL 1-800-DIRECTV to upgrade your subscription. Strange. It's on all 3 channels where QVC-2 appears - 76, 79, and 315. All the other shopping networks they carry QVC, Jewelry Television, Liquidation Channel, EVINE, and HSN are fine.
