Looks like 'HJY has moved Charles from 7-9 PM, pushing the syndicated garbage to 9 PM. Doug and Scarpetti are now hosting afternoons.

This sounds like a "retirement" gig for Charles. He'll apparently still announce the 4:20 Club every day. In addition, there will also be recordings of his blog posts during Afternoon Drive. And from what I heard last night, Charles' new night program is raunchier and allows him to talk more.

I am guessing that Charles' recent health issues are preventing him from doing PM Drive. Didn't Charles start at 'HJY doing night? That was probably around 1990.
 
Yes. He's broadcasting from Atlanta, where his girlfriend lives. I might be in the minority here, but I still think he puts on a great show.
