Charleston Summer Ratings

WEZL is back to number 1, the reason Apex launched the new Country station. Interesting. Z93 isn't seeing the days of 8, 9 and above shares since 92.5 THE BOX signed on. Apex has started war! Is anybody listening to 98.9 Chick FM? It's sad when a station from Columbia,SC (WWDM) ranks higher that the locals, poor CHICK.
 
Chick is not a well-run station. All they have is that local morning show, Moms in the Morning, and the rest is eccentric AC music.

DM having a .7 rating is pretty good. They beat about 4 or 5 other stations.
 
Im surprised WEZL still got so high because Charleston also has 96.9 The Wolf. We should see how the ratings looks next with 95.9 in the mix to see if Apex can do country.
 
I have a feeling Apex did not have much of a choice in the matter after a bad decision.
 
I don't care what they do WEZL will still be the number 1 country station in Charleston. They may get knocked out of the number 1 slot but it takes three stations to do it, two to play country music and another one to take the number 1 slot. That tells me that WEZL and country music is still alive and very strong in Charleston, SC no matter what anyone says.
