Charlie Has Multiple Personalities

Right now, I am listening to WGVC/Charlie-FM, and for the last five minutes, I've been hearing a Madonna song and now Finger Eleven with a talk program underneath, I think a public affairs program, or maybe WORD? Anyone else hear this?
 
I should report that the audio error ended after about ten minutes, during the song "Stay With Me" by, aptly, the Faces.
