There have been rumors running around that Charlie Hoo Hoo is in deep discussions to replace Steve Kelsey as the Morning Man at Froggy when Kelsey decides to retire.

A unnamed source overheard Hoo Hoo saying "there is the possibility I could trade in my Motley Crue shirt for a Toby Keith shirt."

Another source says that they had a friend who talked to someone who says Hoo Hoo is prepared to dominate country. That source said he heard from someone else who listened to Hoo Hoo say "Shania wants me, but I took care of the Judds before, so I can take care of her."

Could this be a scandal in Hoo Hoo ville?
