Charlie Huero?

The same Charlie at 92.3 where it used to live? If so he is at 98.3 where hip hop now lives, offices in the same building as KOOL and 101.5

KOOL and KZON (101.5) traded studio sites. KOOL is now down
at their "palatial downtown studios" ::) in the former KOY Building,
along with KMLE.
 
Has anyone else noticed a degraded signal since the move? It was really bad the first week or so but still doesn't sound like the old KOOL to me.
