Interesting story reported today by CountryAircheck.com:
The general public might not even know that Apple Music offers hosted online radio stations in its subscription service. I took a tour of their state of the art studios in Cupertino a few years ago, and found the air staff to be awful. Obviously they hope Mr. Morgan, who is a legendary DJ, PD, and GM, will instill some professionalism in the service. However, I don't expect it to matter because most users simply want to hear their own personal playlists, and have no interest in something they could hear for free on FM.
Charlie Morgan has joined Apple Music overseeing a newly created talent development division working with the music service's hosts and anchors. Morgan started in late March and is working remotely for the time being.
