Charlie Payne Has Died

Former Manager of KIXL and KLIF, Charlie Payne has died. Funeral arrangements are pending.
Those of you that remember Charlie or knew Charlie know how much he loved radio. He was very proud of his broadcasting career and the Honorary Doctorate Degree he received severl years back.
Charlie could always make me smile.
