Charlie Sheen Gets New Sitcom On FX

Whether or not going from CBS to FX can be considered "winning" is up for debate... ::)

Perhaps you can debate "winning" in regard to being on FX. That will ultimately depend on the quality of the show, the buzz it creates, the critical reception it receives, and the ratings it gets.

But remember that in addition to being the highest paid sitcom actor in TV history for a few years, Charlie Sheen's settlement with the producers of Two and a Half Men netted him $25 million dollars, and it is estimated that he will ultimately make $100 million from that show's syndication.

I'd say that hardly qualifies him as a "loser," and is perhaps the textbook definition of "laughing all the way to the bank."
