Charlie Watts, Stones Drummer

And, in the 50s there may have been a smattering of stations that played music from the 80s...the 1880s! Via sheet music courtesy of the station organist, but still...

Getting back on topic, on the radio station I listen to most in the car, I heard "Honky Tonk Women" and you can really hear the drums on that one.

Someone I went to church with as a teenager said the Stones should call it quits now. He said the same thing about AC/DC and mentioned in another post that he had met two of them and they were really nice. He's had a number of jobs over the years but he played in at least one band and has been a roadie.

The Stones will keep touring as long as fans want to see them. Mick still loves it.

So that makes him an authority on something? He's an authority on himself. That's it. Same with anyone else.

The Stones will do whatever they want, not what a former roadie says.

This person posted, and was so glad to see, the Stones logo has been changed to black in Charlie's memory. I don't know how to post what he posted but I found this.
