Charlotte July 4th Fireworks Coverage

There was none. How I miss the days when WBT used to do it. There was a delay of the fireworks till 10:15 but I couldn't find any information on the radio so I left. Got stuck in the traffic jam because of course again there was no information about downtown traffic on the radio. We saw a few Fireworks as we got to Central Av but not from an ideal location. It was such a hassle I won't be doing that again. I just did it for a younger member of the family who was all excited about the Fireworks display.

Hey at least you saw a few fireworks, made a member of your family happy and didn’t get shot. All in all I’d say you had a good night.
;)

She was not happy. :( But you're right.

When I was a young whippersnapper I would be more than happy with a few "sparklers" and then maybe finding an M-80 firecracker.

Now that was a 4th!

:D
