It looks like Clear Channel is the big winner in the latest book with Country 96-9 The Kat WKKT holding on to the #1 slot; CHR/Rhythmic 96-1 The Beat WIBT climbed into the #2 seat and continues to kick Power 98 and Kiss 95.1; Lite 102.9 WLYT landed in the #3 position.

Any thoughts on why WKKT is the "Top Kat" and 103.7 WSOC is still struggling?<P ID="signature">______________

Three words why: Jeff Roper Gone. Sure, he had issues, but could be more entertaining than many in Charlotte morning radio.

It is also interesting that "la tremenda" cut in half the ratings od "radio lider" in less that a year...
