The Ride is 100% voice tracked, and signal issues aren't a problem. Marketing is non-existant, but the station is paid for, so the ratings don't really matter.

Have they moved their tower closer to Charlotte than it used to be?

If not, when combined with 96.1 the Beat and, for some of us, WHPE, I'd say there are signal issues.
