Charlotte's New "MY 92.7"

Radio One Charlotte has relaunched Urban AC Q92.7 as the new MY 92.7 "R&B from the 80s, 90s and Now." This is supposed atract the active, hip and contemporary African Americans between 25-54. Personally, I think Radio One never should've given up on 92.7 when it was Hip-Hop as HOT 92.7. That openned the door for Clear Channel to launch 96.1 The BEAT to compete with POWER 98. Im suprised Radio One hasn't sold off the Charlotte stations.
