Anyone know what's going on at Charter Cable in Fairfield County? Yesterday I was at a friend's house in Fairfield County and he has Charter Cable and the Hartford Channels kept locking up and freezing. This was not happening with the NYC Channels. My friend says this has been a regular occurance the last few weeks.

Why doesnt he call and ask??? After all he's paying for it. Coming onto a national internet forum and asking people who dont live in the franchise will get him nowhere.
