Chattanooga Oldies is out Friday

From ALL ACCESS:

Effective FRIDAY afternoon (7/29), CITADEL BROADCASTING will flip Oldies WOGT/CHATTANOOGA to Country under the moniker 107.9 DUKE-FM.

Commenting on the much-speculated move, CITADEL/CHATTANOOGA OM SCOTT CHASE said, "107.9 DUKE FM will feature Country Music Marathons throughout the day and night seven days a week. No other station in CHATTANOOGA history has ever delivered so much music in this long block format at various times of the day as we will do. In addition to the music, the whole presentation will be different and a lot of fun. Let's just say we have a few other tricks up our sleeve!"

Citadel....creates another star!

A country version of "Jack" (like "Hank" in Indianapolis)??

This really s**ks! I'm going to Chattanooga on Sunday to see family and was looking forwards to listening to GT-108. Guess I'll have to call my brother tonight and have him roll tape.
