CHD - what is it?

Scanning around LF I came across 'CHD' on 410 kHz. It seems to be a morse loop 24X7 broadcasting just its station ID continuously. From the Phoenix, AZ area I can get it virtually any time on a 45' long wire and R75 receiver.

Haven't found any description on the 'net.
 
It's an omni beacon, right near you at Chandler Municipal Airport but the frequency is reported to be 407 kHz, according to an old list of LW loggings: www.w9wze.net/SWL/LWBeacons.htm
