I'M DOING REMOTES AND LIVE BROADCAST FROM A RESTAURANT/BAR AND NEED TO GET AUDIO FROM THIS LOCATION AND TO THE STUDIO FOR A AM STATION .. ANY IDEAS ON A CHEAP OPTION I'VE TRIED JUST STREAMING BUT THERE INTERNET KEEPS DROPPING OUT.

You could SHOUT loud enough from the remote location and maybe it'll be so loud you could hear it at the studio. That's just what you did by posting in all caps.

Stream it over a 3G cell phone connection
Use a POTS codec if you can get a telephone connection at the restaurant
 
Different stream configurations and codecs have significant effects on the bandwidth and stability of a stream. What are the technical details of what you tried?
 
Use Skype to send the audio. It's fantastic for low-budget remotes.
 
What quality are you looking for? You could use a coupler in the field and call the hybrid at the studio, provided POTS quality is all you want.
