Is Julie Adam still there? Understand they have a new PD.. Karen Steele?? Has Julie exited for another situation? She is first class and under her leadership CHFI has remained on top of Yoronto for many years, not to mention the premiere station in Canada!!
 
Julie Adam is the National APD for Rogers. She has been for some time.
Therefore, I gather she was just the acting PD (in recent years) until Karen was hired.

It could be a simple case of less workload in the Toronto market for Julie so she can focus more heavily on other work that a National APD is responsible for doing.
(no fact intended, just a mere observation.)
