Chicago get Classic Hits, SF Next?

CBS's 104.3 Jack FM is now 104.3 K-Hits. With CBS's many Successful Classic Hits stations around the country, could they be ready to try KFRC again soon?

As long as they call it ANYTHING else. Those calls can't stand one more devaluation.

Michael - I think the KFRC calls will stay dead and buried, except for the hourly ID for the KCBS simulcast on FM. They are also attachd to True Oldies on 1550 AM, but that station is virtually dead and buried since almost nobody listens.

The likliest candidate for Classic Hits is 103.7 The Band, (KKSF) which has been slowly morphing in that direction from their initial Classic Rock focus.
