I'm always searching for WLS airchecks from back in the musicradio days.
Anyone have one I haven't heard?
 
I'm a big fan of WLS. Especially love the 70's and early 80's. Have any airchecks of 1978? I guess there's a composite from 1978 that's floating around that I don't have. I do have many unscoped and scoped airchecks from the Top 40 era.
 
Here are a few sites that contain WLS airchecks:

www.wlshistory.com (That one contains a complete history of the station, plus the airchecks)

www.mp3airchecks.com (That one contains airchecks from all over the country. Click on "Audio" on the home page, and then scroll down until you find what you want. All the airchecks are listed alphabetically by call letters.)
 
You can send me a private note and I'll let you know which airchecks I have -- I've got a pretty good collection.

Click on the person's name. That gives you their profile. When that page pops up, scroll down or look around for a link that says "Send This Person A Message", or something like that. When the message page pops up, click on the subject line, and type the name of your message. Then scroll down and type in the box just like you do to post here. When finished, click SEND, and you're done. If you want to save a copy for your self, click the link that says, "Add to My Box", or something like that.

I had a couple of people send me messages but I haven't heard anything since then...I'd like to see what airchecks you have and let you know the ones I have in my collection.
