How did you get permission from Dan O'Day? He's usually quite protective over the content he owns and I noticed on his site that it's offered as "not for broadcast" with nothing stated about internet. I know he doesn't allow any of his Terry Moss material for use on internet streams, either.

We have licensed Chickenman directly from the Chicago Radio Syndicate...

Good ol' Dick and Bert... I remember Chickenman (and the Tooth Fairy)... WDLP used to air it way back in the day.
In the mid-'90s there were plans for a Chickenman animated TV series, which never materialized. I recall seeing ads for it in Broadcasting & Cable.

I remember WMMQ in Lansing Michigan (A Classic Rock station) started playing The Tooth Fairy and Chicken Man during the morning withJazz McKay and Tim Berron from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Some people liked it and some really hated it. To me it was corny (sort of funny at first) but grates on my nurses after a bit of played too much. A little goes a long way with these two characters.

Hope your station is successful with it and the only way to gauge rather its a hit or miss is to watch your listeners. If they drop it may be time to kill it.

When was Jazz McKay on WMMQ? Was he syndicated? I thought he's been in Calif. for years.
