Rumormill has Chio checking in on Monday Morning for WRDW. He will replace Sam who will be moving to a night time slot. I heard that Ryan will be working with Chio. Is this a healthy move for Chio? And who is being bumped at night?

He still has a non-compete with Q102, according to Klein. And why would he be starting on a bank holiday?

I can't imagine his non-compete is still valid... wasn't his contract up when he made the move to San Diego (otherwise, why would CC have let him go?)

As for starting on a bank holiday (if he is in fact starting)... that's actually a wise move so they can get some of the "working in a new studio" kinks worked out when less audience is paying attention. Though it would seem to me that if Wired did in fact have Chio they'd be promoting the hell out of it.
