Powell’s Adult Hits KZSR “102.3 Jack FM” Sioux City, which began stunting with Christmas music last Monday, has ended the holidays and started the “New Year” early. It launched yesterday, Sept. 24, at 5 p.m. as Rock-leaning Adult Top 40 KQNU “New 102” under new PD “Bruce Da Moose.” He was most recently MD of WXKB “B103.9” Fort Myers, Fla. Sean Ross (also Radio-Info executive editor of music and programming in another capacity) is consulting the station.
