CHR/POP Coming Soon to Monterey/Salinas Area?

I'm actually hearing that it will be launched by Buckley Broadcasting, which really makes no sense since they only own KWAVE 97 which is highly successful and Magic 61 AM, which would make no sense to put a CHR on AM..
