Chris Edwards "Solid Gold Time Machine"

I have only one polka, devised on the fly because a depressed guy came up to me while I was playing and wanted to hear a polka in memory of his late wife. I couldn't turn him down.

Generally, I play pop tunes on my box, such as Nirvana, Pixies, and Bob Dylan tunes, along with some TV theme songs, etc. As for attracting cuties, there was this woman about age 25 who used to stand around when I was playing in the 16th Street BART station. She definitely had a crush on me and used every opportunity to try to engage me in conversation. Nothing came of it because I was in a relationship at the time. Also a cute guy used to watch me play when I was on the street near Pier 39. We eventually went home together and I taught him a tune. He now plays harmonica in a blues band.

Musicians are sexy, no doubt about it.

Meanwhile, back to Conquistador, the KLIV flashes are still in my head, but I can't quite work out the chords to do it the way I hear it in my head. I guess I need a chart for the song from somewhere.

If I may blur the lines between threads here, I think this is one of the attractions of having "3 Daves" on KGO; you, me and Mr. Eduardo ain't nothing but pure dead sexy.

Speaking of sexy, that Chris Edwards and his hair is gorgeous. I understand he's now at "Energy" doing weekends? He definetly knows how to grab the numbers! Thanks Chris!

Didn't you replace Chris Edwards in sales at KTRB when he left for CBS? I'm sure you call on the same clients and agencies in the city, which means you probably run across each other on an occasional basis. Perhaps you should introduce yourself sometime.
