Interesting. There was a blurb on AllAccess a few weeks back saying that Chris left Nassau.
Don't know the man personally, but friends tell me he's a pretty good programmer/broadcaster.
Anyone have any insight as to why he left the PD gig at Frank on Cape Cod, and what the devil he's doing on the Bone in the aftermath?
Andy - are you the same Andy Taylor who worked on Thunder 107 and Fox 51 back in the early 90's?
Could it be voice-tracking? If it were me, and I knew from the inside what was happening with the company I was working for and it didn't look all too promising, I'd take a gig further south also. At least it may not get as cold in Cape Cod - more damp maybe. But then I'd at least be closer to larger markets I might be able to grab a few week-end hours from or part-time fill-in. Having your company maroon you isn't a cheerful thought. And with the financial state of 'that company' I'd want to get somewhere that would be in my best interest. Preferrably far, far away. If you're too close when the boat sinks, that sucking effect when you are too close to the hull when it goes under could take you down with it. And too many have already lost from that association.
(Just another point of view)
