Another good resource is Rhapsody by Real Player - You can stream just about every song ever recorded

"broadcast quality MP3" is an oxymoron. Whenever I try to play MP3's on the air, they sound completely flat. The stuff that gets stripped out by the compression process are the very handles that the audio processors use to enhance the audio into the optimod. If you sample MP3's fast enough to overcome the effect, the file sizes get close to .wav, so you might as well go uncompressed. Your station will sound better. Storage is so cheap these days there is no point compressing, I've seen 1 Tb hard drives for under $200.

I frequent flea markets for old Christian on vinyl - then rip it uncompressed. Several times I have been really lucky - the flea market owner gets no call for Christian and it takes up shelf space, they love to get rid of it and give it away free.

Every station pays for the ability to rebroadcast music. Do you have filezilla transfer? Free download. Our music is on our ftp site. Send me a personal message and I'll give you the access pw.
