Christmas Eve/Day Programming

John LaBarca writes on his Facebook page that his "Christmas Memories" program will be airing on WSTC/WNLK from Friday at 6 PM until Saturday at noon, with a live midnight mass being broadcast, as well.

What are some of the other non-music stations across the state, like WTIC, going to be putting on the air during this time period?

Earlier this month, Randall Bloomquist in his "News Talk Edge" newsletter here on R-I wrote a great article on the options news/talk stations have during the Christmas Eve/Day period.

I miss interning with John and the the Norwalk Group.
91.7 WXCI-FM will be live all day christmas eve
With Brian 6-9am
Julian 9- 12:130
Me: "OZ MAN" active rock, hair and classic metal. 12:30-8
Catwoman 8pm to sometime in the AM christmas morning.
as always programming is subject to change but this is the planned schedule for tomorrow.
there is a chance that DJ K-blaze will show up 12-3pm
there is also a chance that dj Five-tu will also show up 6:30-9pm.

The newscasts on WTIC are not pre-recorded on Christmas. They are live. Haven't you ever heard them give traffic and other timely information that can't be canned?
