Christmas in July

Thanks for the warning. I don't want to accidentally tune that nonsense in.

933-fm is doing Christmas in July again about 3 times an hour you will hear a Christmas song.

That kind of behaviour is a good stunting, but better to be done in September.

The best early Christmas is actually a one day thing, if you ask me.
The one on June 25th.
One with Half a Christmas tree, and the listeners invited to gather around and sing half carols.
(In celebration of being half way there... ;D )

Tommy Smith in Little Rock always did a "Christmas in July" at Magic 105. He'd play Christmas music and take requests for Christmas songs (or any other song, if the station had it). He now does the same on 103.7 The Buzz.

Not sure I am wild about the X-mas in July thing. However, the X-mas stunt on June 25th sounds pretty clever, with the 1/2 carols and 1/2 tree. Not from the area (as you may be able to tell from the username) but I wish I could have caught that.
