It was nice to hear good music for a change, and eventually I realized it was Karen Carpenter singing a Christmas song. But there was no station ID. WSAT, which is what I pick up during the day, hasn't gone all-Christmas until right before the day the past four years after having been all-Christmas for all or most of December for decades.
WADO New York City is Spanish. I've heard Spanish at times. WJAY Mullins SC is African-American gospel and should have been off the air for the night by that time anyway. WANS Anderson SC is country and frequently messes up WSAT.
I thought WHVR Hanover PA was classic hits but I looked it up and it went AC. I've never heard AC there but it would now seem to be a likely candidate.
