Christmas music .... when?

Any guesses on when WMAG will flip to Christmas Music? I always assumed to they flipped early enough to get 4 weeks of ratings .... in the Diary world that meant a flip around the 13th or 14th .... but now w/ PPM surveying 365, they should have to go so early .... just curious on your thoughts.

Yeah, my guess would be today (11/12) at 5pm.

I heard "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" by Bruce Springsteen on Lite 102.9 in Charlotte last night on my way home from work. I thought they had gotten an early jump on it, but they're still playing their normal music this morning.
 
What about WRAL-FM in Raleigh (Mix 101.5)? Any word on when they'll flip to Christmas?
As for WMAG, I wonder if they'll just flip to the IHeartRadio Christmas feed like they did last year (along with WRDU before it became Yuck Radio 106.1)? The IHeartRadio online Christmas webstream is already up and running; I don't know what all stations have links to it, but I have pulled it up via a link at WMJI's (Cleveland) home page
 
The day before Christmas and Christmas day, for 48 hours. Not before! :mad:

Then again, I don't run a big radio monopoly! ;D

Obviously you haven't seen the Arbitron ratings for all Christmas. They're through the roof. The new People Meter is going to produce a "Holiday Book", which should help tone down those huge spikes in the ratings.

I had a scare when I read in the News & Observer that they would go all-Christmas, but that was after Thanksgiving, not right away.
