I'm quite surprised that 3ws didn't go Christmas music yet. Weren't they the first to flip last year? They're mi$$ing out on the December book. I would've thought they'd go Dec 11th and get that December book and the Holiday book. What dummies.
 
They're supposed to make the switch Friday to coincide with Light Up night. Those "dummies" have been making money off this for years, so they probably know what they're doing.

PPM has changed the game though. It makes more sense now to switch earlier in November to take advantage of the December and Holiday books. Mix 106.5 here in Cleveland switched last Tuesday for this reason.

I heard on XM-6 this morning that it would be starting Christmas music today also. Not sure if they switch 100%, or just work in some Christmas music here and there. As of 1pm it sounded like it always does.
 
Are they still playing that damn donkey song, or the one about the rhinoceros? The wife wants us to visit the family in Pittsburgh, and I need to know if I have to install a filter on the car radio to block 3WS. ::)

I only like hippopotamuses".
 
As long as they don't play "The Christmas Shoes" I can handle it. If they do play it, I'm taking a blowtorch to my radio.
