Christmas Music

First one after seven years wouldn't accept any updates and I had to use system restore every time I turned it on.
The average life of a PC is five years, so be grateful you got an extra two.
Second one after six years treated all downloads as if they had viruses.
If it thinks everything is a virus, chances are all that was wrong is either your anti-virus was set incorrectly, your machine was loaded with viruses, or you fell prey to the fake 'You have a virus-click here' scam run from India. In that case, your machine was probably fine.

Is no one keeping up with changes?

Maybe it's not important, but in my area, iHeart's Mix 99.5 has changed.

And that's all I have time for today. I haven't been here in three days so at some point I have a lot of catching up to do.

I'm going to explain it anyway. There's only one library open on Veterans Day (near that mall) so I make sure to go there so I won't forget and go somewhere else. and just in case of computer problems at home. Back in the day, it was also the only way to get on a computer on that day. But it rained this year on the official holiday so I went when it wasn't raining, and nothing went wrong with the Internet or my computer on the official day.
🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Nothing in NW TN in AC or CCM stations have changed to Christmas yet, but I expect it any time now.
We're all depending on you to monitor ALL radio stations in your listening area 24/7 and report back. We all need to know when what radio station switches to Christmas to the second. Actually, no. Reporting when Christmas music is played on radio stations is a waste of enough time.

I have heard of one other person who rents things at the library instead of using streaming services. Not sure if that really saves or not

Actually, as a citizen of the community, you don't have to "rent" anything at the library. You can check out books and materials for free. The only time money is involved is when you don't bring it back by the deadline.

Hm...you are right. In any case, the person checks out movies/TV shows and does not pay anything (don't know how much fuel costs them, though.)

I went in one grocery store today where some of the music is not about Christmas. I guess this particular chain changed what it does.

JCPenney had the same kind of music it usually does, but I could hear lyrics and all the songs where apparently "about" Christmas.

Wow, hitting the Christmas music burnout already Chimp? Better be careful. The Christmas music-on-the-radio-fanatics will revoke your radio nerd membership.

Serenade Radio played "Baby It's Cold Outside" but that's a winter song.

Right now it's playing "Home in the Meadow". The tune is "What Child is This".

I'll take what I can get.
