CHRs in danger of being flipped

KREV/San Francisco has a 0.4  I'm guessing it targets a smaller city near San Fran? (Either that or it's definitely in danger of being flipped lol) - Not sure why it's monitored by Mediabase...

They only cover city limits, they're a rimshotter that basically covers like 5% of the population.

I doubt the owner cares since he did kill off a dance format that did way better than their current format.

^Yeah I figured it was something like that lol - that's crazy though that they're being monitored by Mediabase - 99X has double the ratings of KREV, and Mediabase won't monitor them

WKKF (102.3 Kiss FM) in Albany seems to be in a position to flip, as they've been consistently failing against the two other CHR stations, WFLY (Fly 92) and WAJZ (Jamz 96.3), for the past couple of years. I'm wondering if they'll try a simulcast of WOFX (980 Fox Sports) or launch an AC format similar to WLTW (106.7 Lite FM NYC) :p

It seems like a lot of newer Clear Channel stations are losing CHR battles, but I think there's such a strong network of rhythmic-leaning Clear Channel CHRs (with lower costs and even simulcast programming) that CC wouldn't consider giving up on any of them - also thought there was a connection between most of them and KIIS/L. A.
