I know it has been just a few days, but I was wondering what thoughts and observations you might have of what you have heard so far?
 
Now that they're out of Don's shadow they seem more relaxed. They made some smart moves like moving the Wall St Journal Report so the half hour news recap is not so long and moving Sports to :50 after the hour where it runs right after the traffic and weather with the tease for the hourly newscast next. The show now sounds more like a news magazine format. It could work.
 
Chuck Custer has a great sense of humor. Of course,the responsibility of being management & setting a good example at Clear Channel might restrain his playful impulses but as he settles into his new on-air role as co-host rather than just "newsman" we might start to hear his sense of humor emerge.
