Chuck Todd Leaves NBC News

Not a big surprise. It was expected after he left MTP. Probably just waiting for his contract to run out.

He's right about this: "I’m convinced the best place to start is from the bottom up” with entrepreneurship." The problem is when you have an adversarial government. We haven't seen how that part will play out.

My first guess is that he will end up with a subscription feed on Substack which seems to have become a common outlet for progressive journalists, including some frequent NBC contributors, staffers who recently left the Washington Post, etc. I wonder how much income they can be getting from subscribers and whether it comes anywhere close to what their corporate media jobs paid.

Or maybe he'll end up doing what Brian Williams did when he signed that deal with Amazon Prime Video (Only he'll land his own show there)
