Going down I-26 in South Asheville today and picked up on 90.9 loud for several miles and saying "Biltmore Baptist Church campus radio." Strong for several miles and not an LPFM. No records in any database of this. They need to turn the power down or "Walk the plank!" It has to be several watts of power. ???

Oh...it's free pass time. :D Church group, urban gospel, Hispanic radio means let's look the other way! Nothing would be done about that at all. ;)

In fact I’m pretty sure that if the FCC did find out their location, they would immediately be given a license and an FM frequency so they could stick a translator on it. ::)

You can bet on it. Hispanic, religious, or minority, they get a free pass. Anything secular, busted!! Same with the LPFM apps. Any regular secular group, oldies, rock, etc. forget it. ???
