I thought it might be a good time to acknowledge Cindy Pace's long stint at the helm of KPLN's middays. I'm guessing she held that job for perhaps eight years and always did a great job at it. <img src="http://www.planetfmvip.com/content/data/cindy/cindy_l.jpg" align="right" border="0">
She and McInnes (who himself has set records for longevity in a radio job) were much better than the radio station and it is a shame they are unemployed while some of the lame-arse programmers who were responsible for the mediocre programming of 103.7 are still there.
It would be nice if there is still a place on the San Diego airwaves for Cindy and Jim.
