Circle subchannel censoring Hunter episodes

First, I loved the show & thought I would happy that a subchannel is carrying it. Second, after viewing an early episode, I could not help but notice they were fuzzing out barely exposed women's parts (the behind & chest) of actresses in swimsuits or less. I wonder who owns the Circle subchannel? And is this their policy or not? Honestly, it is a pain to try to watch the show, just anticipating for an actress to get their clothed tops or bottoms blurred out. Does anyone know why they do it. I know they air Hee Haw (which I have not watched in years) which has at least a ton of cleavage all during the show. I hope someone knows.
