Accroding to R&R he is now the Interim PD of KKWD and now in afternoon drive on wild is this a sign of more changes to come for KKWD? Does Jet Black fit into the picture somewhere? We will find out very soon.
I certainly hope they move Russell to nights on Wild. He is so good at that he'd be a big boost for them. Cisco is back where he belongs IMHO. He's a great fit for the format.
I wish Cisco well...Who is the guy that replaced him on air at KISS?
Also who is running KISS now? Whoever it is, they should consider replacing Jack and Ron. That act is getting VERY stale. They couldn't possibly be doing good in the female demo. I would either put Drew and Kaci on or get Phil and Stacy Barton from The BOB.
Lurker-
Wherever Jeff Couch is PD, success will follow. He's one top notch programmer! I would love for Jeff to come back to T-Town but having stated that I wouldn't want Jeff to come back unless there was a really great opportunity for him. Jeff will wind up in Big D or Chicago one of these old funky days.
Jeff is a class act for sure. Something tells me they have him spread pretty thin these days doing muliple things. At one time he and his crew had the number one classic rock station in the US (percentage of marketshare). Without a doubt I'm sure he'll do it again, if not here, in a larger market somewhere. He is one of the best when given control of a station.
