FMBQ reports that the Citadel/ABC deal won't close until next year. There may also be some changes in the deal to "facilitate post-closing financing".

Citadel is paying $2.7-billion for 14 FMs and 8 AMs. Let's see, if my math is right, that's an average of nearly $123-million each!

Maybe Regent got a bargain by getting the whole Buffalo cluster for $125M...
