Citadel Blows Up Another Country Station

Citadel owns lots of stations. In the last 6 months, it has flipped an AC to country in Charleston; signed on a FM sports station in Columbia; dumped smooth jazz in Washington DC for oldies; etc.

I don't get the connection you are making in this post...Are you saying Citadel is going to flip KTYS to R&B oldies like it did in New Orleans?
