Citadel closing in on ABC

ABC Radio Merger

The deal has been signed.. It's been a gteat ride for KGO. But it's a 10 year deal. ABC News will still be on all stations according to R&R. I thought it was a sale.

Disney traded money for equity in Citadel, which then received the ABC stations and Disney shareholders got 52% of Citadel stock. Disney will not own any part of Citadel or the former ABC stations under the terms of a reverse Morris Trust.
