You're right. Rickey Smiley took a lot of Big Boy's stataions here in the South. HOT 103.9/WHXT in Columbia and POWER 102.9 in New Orleans is still holding on to Big Boy, I wouldn't be suprised if Rickey Smiley took both markets soon.
 
Big Boy only seems to do well in Los Angeles. The phone scams are funny but there doesn't seem to be much content to this show. Just the phone scams, celebrity news and occasional celebrity interviews mixed in with the latest hip hop jams.

Citadel is done with them fa sho! They did mornings for years and were pretty good at it. Then they went Urban AC afternoons going against Michael Baisden and didn't do too well.
 
Maybe this is a blessing for Big Boy . I hear that Big Boy has to be at Power 106 at 2:30 AM PT ( to Get ready for a Live East coast show 6 AM ET) and stay at the station until 10 AM PT( to finish his live west coast show ) . If Neighborhood sounds Tired maybe because they are tired.
