Citadel: Got $150 Million?

The time for paint and polish was over a year ago. That's done. There are lots of options that you're not considering, but they are. None of them involve spending money they don't have. There are no programming moves they can make, no people they can hire, or changes in management they can make that will improve the value of the stations. That time has passed. This is conservation mode. And if things progress to bankruptcy, as you seem to want, it will get far worse. There are no willing buyers out there, so they have no choice but to keep operating.
