So when officially does Citadel take over KABC and KLOS and what impact will that have on the Sales Depts of those 2 stations?
Also what impact will that have on the sales staff at KSPN and KDIS (I know they'll still be Disney-owned). What impact will this have on spot rates for KSPN?

The change does not materially affect KDIS and KSPN, except that they will operate separately from KLOS and KABC. Each are brand extensions of Disney products; spot rates are based on ratings or specific marketing segments, not association with the other stations. There is no firm date for the close, and there has been some discussion of Citadel renegotiating aspects of the contract based on recent performance of the stations and the industry.
