Citadel Receives Antitrust OK For Its ABC Radio Deal

Reuters reports that Citadel Broadcasting has received US antitrust approval to acquire ABC Radio from the Walt Disney Company.

The Federal Trade Commission said in a note that antitrust authorities completed their review of the $2.7 billion deal without taking any action to block it.

Citadel announced in February it planned to acquire ABC Radio.
